2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
By purchasing from House of Peps, you confirm and certify that:

• You are a qualified individual, researcher, student, laboratory, academic organization, or other entity equipped to safely handle research materials.
• You understand the materials require specialized knowledge, safe handling, and proper storage.
• You will NOT use the products in humans or animals.
• You will NOT resell products for non-research purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
3. RESEARCH-ONLY DISCLAIMER
The buyer acknowledges that:
• The materials have no safety or efficacy data for human use.
• No regulatory authority has evaluated or approved them for consumption.
• They are sold strictly as raw research materials.
Any representation implying medical, wellness, bodybuilding, or therapeutic use is false and unauthorized.
4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By purchasing research materials, the buyer acknowledges:
• These compounds may require laboratory safety protocols.
• They may degrade, react, or become unstable if mishandled.
• Buyer assumes all liability for storage, handling, use, and disposal.
House of Peps shall not be responsible for:
• Injuries
• Misuse
• Misinterpretation
• Experiments conducted incorrectly
• Illegal or improper use of any product
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION & LABELING
All descriptions, product names, and labels provided on this Site are intended solely to:
• Identify products
• Distinguish product variations
• Assist with laboratory organization

6. ORDER PROCESSING & PAYMENT
We reserve the right to:
• Cancel or refuse orders
• Limit quantities
• Request additional information from purchasers
Payment must be completed before orders are processed.
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions will be canceled immediately.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship only to locations where the products are legally allowed for research use.
Buyer agrees and acknowledges:
• Shipping times are approximate
• Once a package is handed to the carrier, liability transfers to the buyer
• We are not responsible for delays, damages, lost/stolen packages, or customs issues
• Temperature-sensitive items must be handled promptly upon arrival
Any shipping protection or insurance must be purchased by the buyer.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final.
We do NOT accept returns or refunds unless:
• The wrong item was shipped
• The product arrives damaged due to our error (proof required within 24 hours)
We cannot accept returns of opened, handled, or used research materials.
9. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
The buyer is responsible for:
• Knowing local laws and regulations
• Ensuring all purchases are legal in their jurisdiction
• Using products in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules
House of Peps is not responsible for any legal issues resulting from misuse or improper purchase.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Loss of data
• Loss of revenue or business
• Personal injury
• Any consequence arising from handling or misuse
Total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product.

• Violation of these terms
• Violation of laws or regulations
